Feeling stressed or overworked? You’re not alone. It’s natural, yet we all deserve peace and joy in this life. This gathering is an invitation to return to yourself: through gentle breath to guide you back to rest, and mindful, heart-centered communication to share insights on how to meet stress with clarity and compassion.
Our special guest, Free, is joining us from Indonesia (originally from Costa Rica). With over 10 years of experience in Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Thai Massage, Free brings a warm presence and a joyful approach to life, guiding groups and individuals into deeper spaces of wisdom, power, and love.
